What type of payment methods do you accept?

How will I know when ticket packages are on sale?
Visit DaveKoz.com often and view the tour dates and look for the “Buy Ticket”, or “VIP Experience” buy button. All pre-sale info and public on sale information will be posted there as soon as it’s confirmed. Remember, we can only post dates when they are 100% confirmed.
Can I only buy VIP ticket packages online or can I do it over the phone
Tickets are sold online. In some rare cases, where a customer needs the added support of a customer service representative, phone orders can be arranged. If you have any additional questions please call 877-606-9222 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
When and how will I get my VIP Ticket Packages?
When purchasing VIP packages through Dave Koz’s website, most of the time you will pick up your VIP tickets at the Will-Call window of the venue on the day of the show. You will receive an email about a week or two prior to the show with details of where to go once you get inside the venue. If you have a specific need for will-call email email@example.com. You’ll need to show your photo ID to pick up your tickets at Will Call. You’ll get emails updating you on the will-call process for your venue, which will most likely open 2 hours prior to show time. Get there early to avoid lines.
Can I sell my VIP ticket package to someone else?
No. Names are non-transferable.
What if the show is postponed or cancelled? Do I get the full amount of my purchase refunded?
If shows are postponed, your ticket package should be good for the new date. We will email and post on DaveKoz.com information about new dates and procedures for how to use your ticket package for a rescheduled date. If the show is canceled, we will issue you a refund for the price of your ticket package minus the handling / processing fee, and any shipping costs if the tickets package has been shipped. One of the reasons we must issue these non-refundable charges is for credit card processing fees – these are 3-4% per transaction (so when you buy the ticket, and then when you are refunded). Our refund policy make these fees proportionate to the type of package you buy.
How will I know where my seats are located? Can you send me my seat location?
Your ticket is sold by section, not by seat specific location. We will not be able to tell you your specific location/seat number – you will find out when your tickets arrive or when you pick them up from Will Call. The VIP experience will take place in a smaller, less formal group setting.
Can I cancel my order if I’ve already made payment on a VIP Ticket Package?
All ticket Sales are Final: No request for cancellations, changes or refunds are accepted.
Do VIP ticket packages have seating included for wheelchair accessible seating?
In the event you need wheelchair accessible seating you may have to purchase your ticket through the venue Box Office separate from your VIP Experience Package.
How long will ticket packages be available for sale?
This varies from show to show. Generally, if tickets are offered for a show, tickets will be available for up to four (4) weeks prior to the show date unless they sell out before that.
If early entry is offered, is it guaranteed that I will be allowed to enter the venue early?
Early entry is on a case by case basis and more than likely not an option for a Dave Koz VIP Package Experience. If there is early entry the rules and guidelines about venue re-entry are dependent upon the venue itself. We do not make those rules.
When will I receive the merchandise items included in the VIP program?
When you arrive to the venue, look for the VIP manager at the merchandise table. Your VIP representative will provide you with your autographed VIP pass and detailed information about the post-show meeting with Dave. The photograph will be downloadable from the website following the show.
When will the itinerary for the VIP Package Experience be sent?
Itinerary’s for the VIP Package Experience are typically e-mailed to the purchaser’s address 5-7 business days prior to the show date.
