** There are a very limited number of spaces available. You must have a seat ticket to join the Meet & Greet.

** Wine not available at all venues. Must be 21 or over to receive a glass of Koz wine.

** All VIP's must check in with the VIP manager at the merchandise table 1 hour and 45 minutes prior to scheduled showtime. The VIP event starts promptly 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to showtime and will last approximately 30 minutes. You are responsible to arrive with enough time to enter the venue and check in with the VIP manager.

** Please also check your e-mail 24 hours prior to the show for any updates to your VIP itinerary. You will need to print your VIP Itinerary email and Liability Waiver and bring it with you to gain early access to the venue. This will be emailed to you approximately 7-10 days prior to the show. VIP merchandise will be provided when you arrive at the venue. This purchase receipt will act as your entry to the VIP experience.

** Your name will be on a VIP list and you must provide a valid form of ID to enter the VIP experience. You will also be required to sign a liability waiver provided to you by the artist's management.

PLEASE NOTE: This VIP package is NON-TRANSFERRABLE. NO NAME CHANGES will be permitted under any circumstances.

When purchasing VIP packages through Dave Koz’s website, most of the time you will pick up your VIP tickets at the Will-Call window of the venue on the day of the show. You will receive an email about a week or two prior to the show with details of where to go once you get inside the venue. If you have a specific need for will-call email You’ll need to show your photo ID to pick up your tickets at Will Call. You’ll get emails updating you on the will-call process for your venue, which will most likely open 2 hours prior to show time. Get there early to avoid lines.

If shows are postponed, your ticket package should be good for the new date. We will email and post on information about new dates and procedures for how to use your ticket package for a rescheduled date. If the show is canceled, we will issue you a refund for the price of your ticket package minus the handling / processing fee, and any shipping costs if the tickets package has been shipped. One of the reasons we must issue these non-refundable charges is for credit card processing fees – these are 3-4% per transaction (so when you buy the ticket, and then when you are refunded). Our refund policy make these fees proportionate to the type of package you buy.
